Upgraded license

The vBulletin license for GFY expired last week. Instead of continuing to pay yearly, I've opted for a more expensive "owned license" that allows me to run the software indefinitely.

I also paid the hosting bill last month- this marks two years of Go Forum Yourself.

...So post already, god dammit. This shit costs money. :p
