He still sounded more clear than Bush when it comes to speeches.

Bush has a bit more poise - apart from looking dumb in general, but Sarkozy sounded better if his body language were not taken into account. In any case, a president should be judged on his actions, not his appearance.

I suppose this kinda goes with the topic, world leaders and all.

I suppose you all know that Tony Blair stepped down a few days ago, to be succeeded by Gordon Brown. Personally, I don't like how Brown comes across. He's also obese and scottish.
